What is the differance between a buyers agent and a listing agent?
I am a buyers agent.
Buyers agents are legally bound to help buyers, whereas listing agents representing the home listing have a feduciary
resonsibility and duty to the home seller. That is why it is in your BEST interest as a buyer to have an agent that
is there to negotiate and represent only YOU.
When you might go to an open house, please be sure to tell the listing agent that you are working with a realtor

Wendy, here are some basic guidelines. A pool would be great. Fenced, we have pets. We are as wide open as paying cash for up to $500k (this makes my husband. nervous and he wants the tax break. I want to own it, just pay monthly taxes and insurance...lol). So we can go anywhere from paying cash to seller finance or lease to own, and all in between. I think it will be the home. Can you please confirm this house just came back on the market on Tomolato? I think it is 110 with the green door. Thank you! Angela
