Michael is the Selling Agent for my property at 316 Wymberly Rd. He has been such an energetic, dynamic and helpful agent to me. Lots of patience in answering my many questions, going over every part of my house and giving his opinion on "staging" the house. He brought me many "comps" to look at, some on the market and some already closed. He was very, very clear in advising me on pricing my house, and this helped me to make a more educated decision. As soon as the house went on the market, I had several showings and Michael was present at everyone. Imagine my surprise when he called me after 4 days with an offer! Having Michael as my Selling Agent has been wonderful. I would recommend him to either a seller or buyer as he is completely professional, hardworking and has a great knowledge of real estate in the Golden Isles.

We were relocating from Birmingham Al. And we're not familiar with this erea at all. We told Michael what we were looking for as far as price range, size , and the type of school system that we would like our kids to attend. And I put in one more request that I didn't think would be possible and that was a fresh water lake near the home so I could fish for bass. We met Michael and his lovely assistant to be shown 4 homes on the first day. All four were perfect homes and the only problem we had was choosing one out of the three we liked. And by the way two of the homes had private stocked, with bass, lakes right behind the houses. Michael and his team are professional and super nice. They also have all kinds of extra advise as far as things that would benefit you and or save you money when purchasing a home. I would definitely use Michael Harris again and hope anybody else reading this would take advantage of his knowledge and expertise of Brunswick and surrounding dread when it comes to buying or selling a home.

Our home had been on the market for over six months with very limited activity when Michael was recommended to us by a friend. After speaking with him and hearing how he would prepare and market out home we decided to make the switch. We made the home available for showing Thanksgiving weekend. Before the New Year, he had held an open house, had several showings. And we had received a full price cash offer. Sheryl, Michael's operations coordinator, was extremely helpful during the closing period, and we were able to close the deal exactly one month from the offer.
